I reserved a room with a super cozy bed, climate control, multi-channel TV, and a microwave, plus a clean bathroom with a tub.

Excellent hotel, our stay was good.

we liked rooms with king bed. the hotel was in a comfortable and marvellous location, close to an interesting state park. besides, it was short walk to a couple busloads of young folks, the apple barrel restaurant, and trucks.

I don’t know why people are complaining about this hotel! The people were super friendly, the front desk staff was very friendly and even offered to help with our luggage as we stated we had a lot. The breakfast room was clean, the biscuits and gravy were some of the best I have had in a long time. The rooms (dated) but super clean. I have stayed here many times in the past, I have not once had a bad experience here!

Super friendly and helpful staff. Gave us an early check in for FREE! Usually we have to wait until check in time or pay extra for early check in. Location was quiet and cozy. The sitting room was all decorated for Christmas. It was a beautiful place to sit and watch some TV or have some peace and quiet.

The rooms are extremely spacious. the staff are welcoming and very polite. - There is a huge variety of great food for breakfast. - the location of the hotel in Percival is favorable and perfect, right by nearby truck stop, the river in Iowa, restaurants, and gas stations.

Excellent value for the money - comfortable beds, cozy pillows and comforter. Convenient location with amenities within walking distance. Staff was friendly and accommodating, especially the young lady who checked us in during a major rainstorm.

The breakfast could have been improved by ensuring that all food items were fresh and properly stored.
